    Jackery SolarSaga 200W/100W/80W solar panels are compatible with the Explorer 2000 Plus. However, please use only one type of solar panel at a time, as mixing panels with different power ratings can reduce efficiency, create system imbalances, and potentially damage the equipment.

  • What is the maximum number of solar panels that can be connected to the Explorer 2000 Plus?

    Up to 6 solar panels can be connected simultaneously to charge the Explorer 2000 Plus. The Solar Generator 2000 Plus takes just 2.5 hours for a full solar charge (with 6 SolarSaga 200W solar panels).

  • What type of battery does the Explorer 1000 v2 use?

    It is equipped with a LiFePO4 battery, offering a cycle life of over 4,000 cycles.

  • How many charging methods does the Explorer 1000 v2 support?

    It supports three charging methods: AC power, car charging, and solar charging.

  • Comparison between the Explorer 1000 v2 and the Explorer 1000 Plus?

    1000 v2: Features a shorter charging time (59 minutes on Emergency Charging Mode), is more portable, user-friendly, and intelligent, and supports UPS functionality.

    1000 Plus: Supports higher power output, faster solar charging efficiency, high-load, and high-power devices. It also supports capacity expansion.

  • How do I use extra stackable discount codes?

    Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
    Since portable power stations are classified as special shipping items, they are typically shipped separately. For Solar Generator bundles, the power station and solar panel(s) may be delivered independently.

  • Will there be any shipping delays during major sales events?

    During high-volume sales events such as EOFY, order demand may increase significantly. As a result:

    Some products may temporarily go out of stock due to high demand.
    Order processing and fulfillment times may be longer than usual.
    Carrier delivery services may experience delays due to increased shipment volumes.

  • How long is the warranty for Explorer 2000 Plus?

    For Explorer 2000 Plus / Battery Pack 2000 Plus / SolarSaga 200W: We offer a 3-year warranty purchased through all officially recognized sales channels. For orders placed on the Jackery official website, an additional 2-year warranty is automatically provided, bringing the total warranty period to 5 years (including the 2-year extension).

    For SolarSaga 100W: We offer a 2-year warranty purchased through all officially recognized sales channels. For orders placed on the Jackery official website, an additional 1-year warranty is automatically provided, bringing the total warranty period to 3 years (including the 1-year extension).

10.Rules for Using Jackery Points for Cash Discounts:

  • A.Redeem Points for Cash Discounts: 100 Jackery Points = $1. You may redeem up to $20 per qualified product. If you have enough points and an order includes multiple eligible products for point redemption, multiple $20 credits can be stacked.
  • B.Minimum Points Required: You must have at least 100 Jackery Points available to use this feature.
  • C. Eligible Products: Points can be redeemed on eligible 1kWh and above products, bundles, and expansion batteries. Refurbished products are excluded.
  • D.Combine with Other Offers: Jackery Points can be combined with coupons and other eligible offers.
  • E.Refunds: If an order is fully refunded, the Jackery Points redeemed for that order will be returned to your account. Points will not be returned for partial refunds.
  • F. Unsuccessful Redemption: If your points redemption is unsuccessful, the redeemed Jackery Points will be automatically returned to your account within 1 hour.
