This website is operated by Jackery Australia Pty Ltd , a Australia corporation for and on behalf of itself and the other members of its corporate group  (“Jackery” or “we” or “us” or “our”). Jackery offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink (“Terms”). 

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us through our website, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Terms.  These Terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.  You understand, acknowledge, and agree that these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, form our entire agreement with you regarding your use of the website and the Service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND JACKERY.  By using or accessing any part of the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and you agree to be bound by, these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, then you must immediately cease accessing and/or using the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Eligibility

2. Account creation

You may use and/or access the website without creating an account but in order to fully use and/or access the website, you will be required to create an account.  You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.  You agree that you will provide and maintain accurate registration information and that it is your sole responsibility to do so.  If there has been an unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify us immediately.  When you register an account with us, you may be required to provide some of your personal information.  By registering and providing us with your personal information, you also accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Use of our Service

In order to make you easily use our services, we will recommend you to visit the  website suitable for you according to your IP address.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

This website may contain certain historical information.  Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only.  We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website.  You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.

5. Additional terms which apply to the purchase of products

a. Modifications to the Service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the provision of this website (or any part or content thereof) or the provision of any goods without notice at any time.  This does not impact any order you place for our Services before that date.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

b. Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.  These products or services may have limited quantities and, without limiting your rights under the Australian consumer law, are able to be returned in exchange for a refund, repaired or exchanged for another product but may not be able to be replaced if no stock is available.  Further information is set out in our Returns Policy.  This does not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.  We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion.  We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.  Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where prohibited.

Without limiting or excluding any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law), we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

c. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.  You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and (if applicable) payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.  To the extent permitted to law, we shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the website is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources).  Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms.

We may link to or offer services or products provided by third-parties (“Third-Party Services”) through or in connection with the website.  Your use of Third-Party Services is solely a relationship between you and the applicable Third-Party Service provider and is subject to the terms and conditions of, or your agreement with, such Third-Party Service provider.  Jackery does not warrant, endorse, or support Third-Party Services and is not responsible or liable for any Third-Party Services or any damages, liabilities, losses, issues or other risks that arise or result from your use of such services.  You understand, acknowledge, and agree that access and/or use of any Third-Party Services may be subject to terms and privacy policies that are different from ours, and that we are not responsible for such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability with respect to them. 

8. User comments, feedback and other submissions

We respect your ideas and suggestions but please do not submit, at our request or without a request from us, any ideas, information, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise (collectively, “Comments”) that are confidential or that are owned by any third-party in any form to Jackery or any of its Representatives.  If you do submit any Comments in any form or format, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that your submission of such Comments is purely voluntary and that the following terms apply: (a) your Comments (including their content) will automatically become the property of Jackery, without any compensation to you; (b) Jackery has no obligation to respond to, review or use your Comments; (c) Jackery may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, implement, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any portion of your comments that you submit to us, without any compensation to you; and (d) Jackery has no obligation to keep your Comments confidential.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violate any party’s intellectual property rights or these Terms.

You must ensure that your comments do not violate any intellectual property right or proprietary right of any third-party.  You further agree that your comments must not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.  You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.  You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

9. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the website and store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the website or its content or any part of a Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, state or territory regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the internet.  We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

11. Term and Termination

The Terms will remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with the terms set forth herein.  You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting your account in accordance with clause 12 below and discontinuing any and all use of and/or access to the website and the Service.  All of these Terms that, by their nature or purpose, are intended to survive termination shall survive any such termination.  The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of these Terms for all purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate, modify, discontinue, or suspend the website and/or the Service in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including for violation of our Terms.,  We will notify you of termination or suspension via the email address associated with your account.

Notwithstanding anything else in this clause 11, where you have not breached the Terms, we will provide you with 30 days’ notice via the email address associated with your account if we decide, in our sole discretion, to terminate, modify, discontinue or suspend the website and/or the Service in accordance with this clause 11.

12. Account deletion by you

If you do not agree to our Terms or no longer want to use our website or the Service, you can delete your account at any time by either (i) emailing hello.aus@jackery.com and requesting account deletion,or (ii)completing the following steps:Login to Account Center-Accounts-Manage Account-Delete Account-Request Deletion.  If you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to log in and use your account or reactivate your account. 

If you delete your account, all content, information, data and records under your account will be deleted or anonymized, and you will not be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover any of the content or information you have added via your account, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations or required by the competent regulatory authorities.  The aforementioned content or information incudes, but is not limited to, personal information under the account (e.g. nickname, avatar, mobile phone number and email address linked to the account, and others); Jackery device information and order records under the account; all content published using this account (e.g., audio, pictures, photos, comments, interactions, likes, and others); warranty and support records;any other content, information, data, and records.

If you delete your account, you agree to give up the rights and interests that have been generated but not consumed during the use of Jackery’s products and services and expected interests under this account.  If you delete your account, all rights and interests under this account will be forfeited, including points, coupons, vouchers and others that you have not used yet; rights and interests to future profits from the content you published on Jackery’s products and/or services; other generated but not consumed rights and interest or expected profits.

If you delete your account, these Terms shall terminate as an agreement between you and Jackery, with the exception of those Terms that, by their nature or purpose are intended to continue beyond termination or cancellation.  Each of your and our obligations under those Terms shall survive such termination or cancellation. 

If you delete your account, you agree that you will no longer be able to participate in Jackery promotions or campaigns on the Website.

If you delete your account, you agree that you cannot register again using the same registration information.

To protect your account security and related rights and interests, please ensure that the account you choose to delete satisfies all of the following requirements, including:

1)     The account is legally registered and used by you through our official channels;

2)     There is no pending orders or services under this account;

3)     Relevant rights and interests under the account have been properly resolved, and those have not been resolved will be deemed as voluntarily waived;

4)     There are no disputes relating to this account, including any complaints, arbitrations, litigations, or investigations by regulatory authorities;

5)     Other requirements for the purpose of protecting your account security and property rights and interests.

6)     In order to protect your account security and property rights and interests, we need to verify your identity for the account deletion (for example, verifying the email address or mobile phone number linked to this account) to ensure that the account is registered by you.

13. Modification of Terms

We may modify the Terms at any time.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, add, or remove any or all portions of the Terms at any time.  We will post any such changes, but it is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes (including before you make a purchase). Your continued access to or use of the Application after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.  If you do not agree to any of the changes then you may terminate these Terms by deleting your account in accordance with clause 12 and discontinuing all use of and/or access to the website.  Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the then current version of the Terms in place at the time the dispute arose. For clarity, no change to these Terms impacts purchase you have already made, which will be governed by the Terms at the date on which you make your purchase.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US) PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.  JACKERY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.  JACKERY MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT: (A) ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; AND (B) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.  THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS OF DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING THOSE CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. 

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW INCLUDING AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.  THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Jackery (including personnel, directors, officers, and employees thereof) harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonably legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your breach of any of clauses 3, 8 and 10 of the Terms, (b) any use by us of personal information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) which you disclose to us in circumstance where you did not have a right to disclose that information to us, including any injuries, losses, or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, or (c) breach of any laws, regulations or infringement of third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights.  The indemnification and release in this clause is reduced to the extent directly caused by our breach of the Terms or applicable law. 

16. Limitation of Liability

A.     SUBJECT TO (B), IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, WILL JACKERY OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES (collectively, “Representatives”) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR HEIRS OR ESTATE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, AND EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES ARISING.  YOUR ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICE AND/OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING THEREFROM OR RELATING THERETO, INCLUDING BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COMPUTER OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION.  IF, FOR ANY REASON, WE ARE FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU, YOU AGREE THAT OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD $100).  THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET OUT ABOVE DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW INCLUDING AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW).  THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL SURVIVE THE EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF THE TERMS. 

B.     IF THERE IS A GUARANTEE OR OTHER PROTECTION IN RELATION TO A GOOD OR SERVICE WE SUPPLY, AND THAT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BUT CAN BE LIMITED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE RESUPPLY OF THE RELEVANT GOOD OR SERVICE, OR PAYMENT OF THE COST OF RESUPPLY OF THE RELEVANT GOOD OR SERVICE. 

17. Privacy

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that when you use and/or access the website, Jackery may use automatic means (including, for example, cookies and web beacons) to collect information about your device and about your use of the website.  All personal information we collect through or in connection with the website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein.  By accessing, using, and/or providing information to or through the website, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to the laws of conflict or choice of laws provisions or rules thereof.  You agree that any dispute regarding the interpretation, validity, or breach of, or otherwise arising from or relating to the Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in New South Wales, Australia or the federal courts located in Australia, and you hereby agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and not to seek the transfer of any case or proceeding out of such courts.

19. Notices

Jackery may give notice by means of a general notice on or through the website, electronic mail to the email address associated with your account, telephone or text message to any phone number provided in connection with your account, or by written communication sent by first-class mail or pre-paid post to any address connected with your account.  Such notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the expiration of forty-eight (48) hours after mailing or posting (if sent by first-class mail or pre-paid post) or at the time of sending (if sent by email, telephone, or on or through the website).  You may give notice to Jackery, with such notice deemed given when received by Jackery, at any time by first-class mail or pre-paid post to our registered agent for service of process,  hello.aus@jackery.com.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms, and any rights granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent (in our sole discretion), but may be freely assigned by us, upon 10 days’ written notice to you, without your consent or any other restriction.  Any assignment attempted to be made in violation of the Terms shall be null and void.

No waiver by us of any term or condition set out in the Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provision will be amended to achieve as closely as possible the effect of the original term and all other provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

In these Terms, the words "including" and "include" mean "including, but not limited to" and “or” is not exclusive.

Jackery Membership Terms&Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Jackery Rewards ("Jackery Points" program). Members of the program will earn points (called "Jackery Points") in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain products at Jackery.com (collectively referred to as Jackery Store). Jackery products are available at brick-and-mortar retail establishments or third-party sites (this includes, but is not limited to, Facebook resell groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third parties.) Such products are not currently eligible for the accumulation of points.

I. Membership

1. Free Membership. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the loyalty program, but you must establish an account at the Jackery Store. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how the information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the loyalty program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You may create an account if you are at least thirteen (13) years of age, have internet access, and have a valid mailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate, and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the site on someone else's behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent, you have such authority, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the site or content resulting from such access or use. 

3. How To Enroll in the Jackery Points Program. Create an account: Visit Jackery Store and become a registered user of the site. Click here to be taken directly to the registration page. You will be asked for your email address and password. You will also be given the option to sign up for our newsletter. Once you have submitted the requisite information, your account is created successfully, and you are enrolled in our program.

4. How to Access/Change Your Member Information. You must keep the personal information on your account up to date. To do so, click on the "My Account" section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard, you can access your account information and change your profile.

II. Earning Points

1. General. Members can earn points on the purchase of qualifying online products at the Jackery Store. To receive points for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed in to the site by clicking on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site.

2. Earning Rate. Members earn 1 Jackery Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (in other words, ten (10) Jackery Points for every ten dollars ($10) spent): (i) qualifying online products on the Jackery Store if you are logged into the website. Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts. Points are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $19.99, you will receive 20 Jackery Points.

3. Exclusions. Members earn points only on the purchase price of (i) qualifying online products. Calculation of points excludes payment by the member for shipping charges and all taxes, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other Points offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally $50 is on sale for $25, a member will only earn points on the purchase price of $25. Purchases of gift cards, the redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for points. All purchases made: (i) by a member prior to such member joining the program, (ii) online without a member being logged onto the Jackery with the member's account number linked to the member's online account, are not eligible for Jackery Points. Purchase of Jackery products outside the Jackery Store is not eligible for the Jackery Points Rewards Program. (iii) Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.

4. Returns/Order Cancellations. Jackery Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, refund, declined Point card or gift card, or other Point will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including any bonus points that may be applicable. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. We do not recycle rewards coupons or gift cards from order to order or item to item.

5. Bonus Jackery Points Promotions. From time to time, the Jackery Store may run certain bonus Jackery Points promotions. Under bonus Jackery Points promotions, members can earn additional or "Bonus Jackery Points" in connection with the purchase of certain online products. When you purchase these specially marked products or make the purchase during a bonus Jackery Points time period, you will earn bonus Jackery Points on each product, as specified in the offer. Bonus Jackery Points promotions are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time at the Jackery Store's sole discretion.

6. Limitations on Bonus Jackery Points and Jackery Points, Generally. These terms apply to Jackery Points and bonus Jackery Points accruals. If you purchase a product during a promotion and the product comes with an additional product, Jackery Points will not be issued on the retail value of the free product.

III. Redeeming Points

1. How to Use Your Jackery Points. Jackery Points must be used in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Jackery Points may only be used online at the Jackery Store. Jackery Points towards products: Members can use their Jackery Points to reduce the purchase price of a product. Jackery Points can only be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts. Redemption of points towards product purchases is subject to product availability.

2. Redeeming Your Jackery Points. What are rewards? Rewards are typically Jackery discount codes, gift cards (Jackery or third-party gift cards), and products (including physical gifts or Jackery accessories) that can be redeemed in exchange for the corresponding number of accrued points from your Jackery Points account. Some rewards may only be collected during a specific period. The redemption rule is subject to change without prior notice due to campaigns or product releases. How do you redeem Jackery Points? Sign into your account on the Jackery Store. Head to "Redeem Jackery Points" and select the rewards you would like to collect on the Jackery Points page. Points will be deducted at the time of redemption. Rewards are available only while supplies last or during specific periods of time when quantities may be limited. Certain rewards will be conditional upon you agreeing to separate Terms and Conditions applicable to that reward which will be made available when the reward is offered. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value. Please read the rules of each reward and double-check before you confirm the redemption of any Jackery Points. a. Discount Codes After you confirm the redemption of Jackery Points, you will be issued a single-use discount code. These can be used for discounts on purchases made on the Jackery Store. Copy and paste the code into the discount bar during checkout to save.

• Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
• Some coupons cannot be used on certain products.
• There may be minimum purchase amounts or minimum quantity limits for some discount codes.
• Some coupons can only be used at a certain time and may expire if not used in time.
• Any rewards discounts that are applied to an order will be distributed equally to the applicable products in the order when completing a return.

b. Products/Free Gifts Choose the product you would like to redeem Jackery Points for and click "Redeem Now". Then, fill out the shipping form and click submit. Rewards available in the Jackery Store do not require a merchandise purchase.

• Most products include free shipping. However, you may need to pay shipping fees for specific products.
• Rewards will be shipped separately with their exclusive order ID.
• Rewards will be shipped out once you confirm the redemption.
• Once the rewards ship out, you will receive the shipping notification with a tracking number.
• Due to the limited nature of the rewards, we regret that you cannot cancel, return, or exchange a reward once you confirm the redemption of Jackery Points.
• If you received damaged or incorrect products, please contact Jackery Customer Service at hello@jackery.com within 7 days of receiving them.

c. Gift Cards Jackery Gift Cards can only be used on the Jackery Store. Any other gift cards available as gifts are purchased from and distributed by third parties. Please follow the gift card Terms and Conditions of the third parties or contact their support team for help. Please refer to the rules of each gift card before collecting it.

• The Terms and Conditions for some gift cards will include information on their valid collection and usage period.

We encourage you to redeem your points often so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Jackery Points program, including discounts, products, and gift cards. Specific rewards (whether products or gift cards) are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by us, at our discretion and at any time with or without notice. How and when rewards are delivered is determined by Jackery at its sole discretion.

3. Exclusions. Only one account per natural person. Reward codes may not be combined with any other discount codes. Points may not be transferred at this time. Jackery Points cannot be used on past purchases. Jackery Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Jackery Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed Jackery Points cannot be retroactively applied to any past order. Jackery Points have no cash value outside of the online Jackery Store and are available only to members in good standing. Rewards will be invalid and cannot be shipped out if the membership is canceled. The whole redemption process must be completed within the valid membership life cycle.

4. Points Expiration and Time Lapses. Standard points expire 365 days from the date on which they were assigned to your account and are available. Specific points would expire earlier at the discretion of Jackery.

5. Rewards Cannot Be Canceled. Once points are redeemed, a reward (discount, product, or gift card) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the points to your Jackery Points account.

6. Rules for Using Jackery Points for Cash Discounts:

A. Redeem Points for Cash Discounts: 100 Jackery Points = A$1. Redeem Points for Cash Discounts: 100 Jackery Points = $1. You may redeem up to A$20 per qualified product. If you have enough points and an order includes multiple eligible products for point redemption, multiple A$20 credits can be stacked.

B. Minimum Points Required: You must have at least 100 Jackery Points available to use this feature.

C. Eligible Products: Points can be redeemed on eligible 1kWh and above products, bundles, and expansion batteries. Refurbished products are excluded.

D. Combine with Other Offers: Jackery Points can be combined with coupons and other eligible offers.

E. Refunds: If an order is fully refunded, the Jackery Points redeemed for that order will be returned to your account. Points will not be returned for partial refunds.

F. Unsuccessful Redemption: If your points redemption is unsuccessful, the redeemed Jackery Points will be automatically returned to your account within 1 hour.

IV. General

By registering with Jackery Store and joining the Jackery Points Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the Rewards Program. Jackery reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the loyalty program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Jackery may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program's Terms and Conditions. A member's points balance, as reflected in Jackery's records, shall be deemed correct. Jackery reserves the right to determine the number of points in any member's account based on Jackery's internal records related to such member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a member's account as stated on any member's receipt and Jackery's internal records, Jackery's internal records shall control. Jackery assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to review and verification by Jackery. The points balance in a member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. Jackery may revoke any member's membership in the loyalty program at any time if such member engages in abuse of the loyalty program or fails to follow the Terms and Conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in the revocation of membership in the program and may affect a member's eligibility for participation in any other Jackery program, present or future. The Terms and Conditions of the loyalty program are subject to change at Jackery's sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon the customer's at-will termination of their Jackery Store registered account, or if a customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited, and will no longer be redeemable. Jackery will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying Jackery Store customers but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.

Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and are not valid outside of the Jackery Store. Purchases made outside Jackery Store are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, eBay, Amazon, and other third parties).
