Shipping Area

We, Jackery Australia Pty Ltd, an Australia corporation for and on behalf of itself and the other members of its corporate group (“Jackery” or “we” or “us” or “our”) currently offer free delivery to Australia excluding specific suburbs of remote areas.

We only support delivery within the serviceable areas listed on our official Australian website (au.jackery.com), and our products are intended for sale to Australian end consumers only. Orders placed for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or third-party freight forwarding may not be supported.

 

Shipping Time

Orders usually are processed within 1-2 business days after checkout. In the event of boosting orders or harsh weather, the processing time may extend to 5 business days.

Our warehouse is located in Victoria.

For orders of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory, the estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.

For Western Australia and the Northern Territory, delivery takes around 10 business days on average, but may vary significantly due to distance.

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather, and transportation issues. If there are unexpected events, the delivery time may be subject to delays.

Please note that we temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date.

 

Shipping Carrier

We use Allied Express as our carrier for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact Allied Express: https://www.alliedexpress.com.au/

 

Shiping Address

Please note addresses containing P.O. Box/Parcel Locker/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery due to the large size of the product package.

Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery.

Please note that once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be processed. If you need to make a change, contact our customer support team at email hello.aus@jackery.com, and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Information

Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.

Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it might be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, we will provide the corresponding tracking numbers via email.

 

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled before it's shipped. You'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully canceled. If you request a refund after your order has been shipped, the refund will be processed once the returned items are received and confirmed at our warehouse.
