We love this generator. We particularly love off grid camping so with this powerful, quick charging, extremely quiet solar generator we have no worries about powering up wherever we go.
We are able to power up our backup AGM batteries (via our battery charger), electronic gear and everything else we carry with simplistic ease. No complicated installation, hard wiring or setup required.

Yet to use the cable. All Jackery products appear to to well desighed.

I purchased this unit because I needed something quiet and portable that didn’t need a lot of space. This is a great unit. Does everything I need and more

About 4 years ago, when i first heard of Jackery through a Youtube vanlifer and was looking at vanlife for myself, i purchased 2 x 240W models thinking one can be charging while the other is in use. Since then, I have been using at least one of them 24/7 permanently plugged into 240V as a means of powering either my small camping fridge, and more recently a mobile wifi repeater inside my home for which i need car lighter outlet. I rotate between the 2 batteries about once a month.

After constant use all that time, both are still charging to the full 100% and work very efficiently when i need to use them as an alternate power source. They are lightweight, easy to carry around and a very robust construction. I am more than happy with this product and highly recommend Jackery to anyone looking for a portable power source! ☆☆☆☆☆

What a great unit.
Pretty quiet even when cooling fan is running and runs pretty much anything you plug into it.
I thought it was going to be a lot heavier but surprisingly lighter than what I imagined.
Love how the solar panels have USB plugs built in if you want to charge other items straight off them and also the zipped compartment right on the back if you want to store any cables with the panels themselves.

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered the Jackery carrying case but ... wow .... what a well designed and incredible quality item!
The bag is very well padded to protect your investment of a solar generator and extremely well made.

We bought this mainly to cope with power-outages. We live on a farm, and when the power goes out our household pressure-pump doesn't work, so we lose water as well - something we've put up with for decades. Pumps draw a lot of current on startup, so it was important for us that whatever we bought coped. After much research I settled on the 2000 Plus because of its 3000w/6000w surge specification. It works. Fantastic. For the record, our pump has a rated draw of 550w @ 230v, but a "locked rotor" draw of 2800w.

Annoyance: Solar panel compatibility. There's a dearth of information from Jackery website beyond a warning that using third-party panels may void warranty. And, the Solar Saga 200w panel is not available here. And, when you ask, they don't know. This is a minor disappointment given our intended use, but really, what is going on?

Loving this product, and especially the connector block in the solar panels for usb A and usb C devices, v cool.

Unit is good and works well, holds a good charge, powers many devices well - the digital display is great..

my only challenge was with logistics in Australia with some faulty panels, they let jackery down a bit by not turning up, having to chase etc. but jackery support and customer service was great!
