  • Jackery offers a 3-year standard warranty and a 2-year extended warranty on the Explorer 600 Plus.

  • A connection cable is included with the 100W solar panel, simply plug the DC 8020 connector into the DC input port on the Explorer 600 Plus. It supports up to two 100W solar panels.

  • Search for "Jackery" on Google Play or the Apple Store to install the app. You will then be able to register and login. Then follow the APP instructions that came with your Explorer to connect your Explorer or contact customer service for help.

  • Yes, it supports UPS function, seamlessly switch power supply within 20ms.

  • It's LiFePO4 with the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong safety stability and better cycling performance.

  • This mode allows you to quickly power up the portable power station using the AC charging method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery app. When in Emergency Charge mode, the circular State of Charge (SOC) light will flash at an accelerated rate.

  • When using for the first time, please charge the device fully before use. If this product is stored for a long period of time (such as 3 months) with the power depleted, its performance will deteriorate and it may even become unchargeable.

  • Press and hold the AC button and the Main Power button until the Energy Saving icon appears on the screen.

  • No, the Explorer 600 Plus is not waterproof, so please keep it away from humid environments;
    The solar panel is rated IP65 waterproof, which provides protection against splashing water (please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The bag's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.

  • If you turn on Battery Saver mode, your battery will stop discharging when it reaches 15% to prevent damage from over-discharging. When it reaches 85%, it will stop being charged to prevent damage from overcharging. Then the battery lifespan will be ensured.

  • Unfortunately, Explorer 600 Plus doesn't support expansion.

  • Between -10°C and 45°C.
